I've discontinued keeping a diary on my workbook.
A recording on that brought back precious memories to me.
The past shared joys and sads with a ex-gf has become a lasting memory but left a scar in my heart.
She seemed deeply hurt by me. The emotional wound she received will nerver heal.
What a naughty boy you are!!
It happened in the past, so what is done cannot be undone!
But If I help her heal her own mind, i feel easy bertter now...
